Fraegra is a modern fragrance boutique built on hospitality, craft, and emotional intelligence. We curate the world’s most compelling niche and heritage fragrance brands and present them through residential retail, calm, tactile, intentional spaces where guests are welcomed as individuals, not transactions.
At Fraegra:
- Service is measured by how people feel, not how fast we move
- Expertise is shared through storytelling, not superiority
- Luxury is quiet, human, and deeply personal
Fraegra exists to become a place guests return to because it feels familiar, thoughtful, and consistently exceptional.
Our King Street boutique is Fraegra’s northern flagship, a destination for those who value discernment over noise, craft over trend, and care over theatre. We are now building the founding leadership team who will set the standard for every Fraegra store that follows.
The Assistant Boutique Manager is the engine of consistency on the shop floor. You are a senior presence, trusted by the Boutique Manager, respected by the team, and felt by every guest. You lead by example, protect standards in real time, and ensure the Fraegra experience is delivered beautifully, even when the store is busy. This role is for someone who understands that luxury lives in the details and that great leadership is often quiet, observant, and precise.
You will be known for:
- Being a visible, calming leader on the floor
- Delivering and role-modelling exceptional consultations
- Supporting and coaching Fragrance Sommeliers day to day
- Protecting the Fraegra customer journey in every interaction
- Building meaningful client relationships and repeat visits
- Using sales and stock insight to maintain strong trading discipline
- Acting as the Store Manager’s trusted second-in-command
You balance commercial awareness with human judgement and you care deeply about how the store feels, not just how it performs.
HOW YOU WORK
- You follow playbooks, not scripts
- You notice when standards slip and address them calmly
- You understand discretion, pacing, and emotional intelligence
- You treat client data as memory-keeping, not administration
- You are comfortable stepping up, stepping in, and holding the line
This is not a role for someone waiting to be told what to do. It is a role for someone ready to lead.
