Fractory is hiring a Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to own the Salesforce layer of our commercial operating system.
Based in Manchester with hybrid options in Tallinn or Tartu, you will shape structure, rules, workflows and dashboards that keep the pipeline accurate and the funnel visible.
You will collaborate with CRO, regional leadership, Marketing and the data team to design practical processes, drive CRM adoption and improve forecast quality across the UK and Europe.
