- Are based around Manchester and happy to work from our office a few days a week
Bonus if you’ve worked in manufacturing or digital platforms, or know your way around a CRM.
What you’ll do:
As an Account Manager, you’ll own the full cycle of your client relationships — from finding new business to supporting existing customers and making sure their orders are delivered successfully. You’ll work closely with our Project Engineers and operations team to make it all happen.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintaining and growing revenue across your assigned account base
- Proactively identifying new opportunities within your accounts and helping clients find the best production solutions
- Clearly communicating quality expectations between clients and our internal engineering team
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships — including site visits when needed
- Keeping up a high volume of quality communication with all your accounts
- Ensuring excellent customer service across the board
- Keeping the Fractory platform and Salesforce clean, accurate, and up to date
- Creating tailored strategies for each account to unlock their revenue potential
- Setting pricing and payment terms, and resolving any disputes when they arise
- Offering flexible payment plans where needed to support client purchases
- Making smart pricing decisions to maximise conversion
- Collaborating closely with Project Engineers and our operations team to ensure smooth order execution
- Helping teammates when needed — we win as a team
- Understanding your customers\’ buying patterns and habits
- Promoting upsells and cross-sells where valuable
- Becoming an expert on everything Fractory can offer — and knowing how to communicate that value to clients
What you get:
- Competitive salary + commission
- Equity options
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Juno flexible benefits platform
- MediCash healthcare reimbursement
- Pension scheme (3% from Fractory)
- Regular team events & socials
- Central Manchester office + £2/day car parking support
- Cycle to Work scheme
- International team and modern tooling
Hiring process (quick & clear):
- 30-min intro call with our recruiter
- 30-min deep dive with Head of Account Management
- In-office meet-up to meet a team+ short presentation
- Final call with leadership
We aim to keep the full process smooth and respectful of your time — expect 2–3 weeks from first chat to offer.
