Comfortable moving discovery ? scoped plan ? shipped MVP.
Depth with LLM APIs, retrieval (embeddings/vector DB), tools/agents, and evals.
Excellent leadership and project management abilities
Strong background in Computer Science and Data Science
Clear comms, async docs, tight handoffs.

Communicate async-first; 1–2 sync calls/week max.
Hand off cleanly to client ops; no long consulting tails.
