Fractional TA works with early-stage and scaling tech companies who need high quality hiring without building a full internal team. We're hiring a Talent Community Executive to build and own a specialist network within Software Development or GTM. This isn't a volume recruitment role. It's about building a credible, trusted talent community that startups want access to.
