Fractile is building silicon, systems and software which will redefine the frontier of AI: running the world’s most advanced models at radically higher speed and lower cost. We have an exceptional team across hardware and software capable of bringing about this change, and we are growing fast to meet demand and deliver our product at scale. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and manufacture of Fractile’s silicon products. This will include responsibility for New Product Introduction (NPI), Yield Engineering, and Product Quality.
Skills And Experience
- A Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Engineering or similar disciplines
- Demonstrable experience within the semiconductor industry from working in a Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Quality Engineering role from NPI to high volume production stage
- Solid experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
- Wafer fab: Process Integration, Yield Enhancement, D0 Control and Defect Reduction strategy
- IC Assembly: Assembly Process or Package Design, 3D IC and wafer stacking experience, Assembly Quality Control, BOM optimization, Yield Engineering
- Fabless Semiconductor: IC Product Qualification Plan, IC Reliability and Failure Study, RMA Handling
Desirable
- Project management of NPI and IC Qualification
- Multi-culture awareness including a background in working with Far East suppliers
