Fractile in Bristol is building a world-class engineering team focused on creating the fastest AI inference chip. We are seeking Rust engineers to influence architecture and direction while developing a reference implementation for AI inference stacks.

In this role, you will write Rust software, conduct independent research, and tackle technical challenges. Experience in AI workloads or systems engineering is preferred.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, three days in the office and two from home.
