As a Senior Business Analyst with a primary focus on reporting and analysis, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities, ultimately providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources (internal databases, reports, surveys, etc.). Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use analytical tools and techniques to perform in-depth analysis.
- Reporting and Presentation: Develop clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate data insights. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Problem Identification and Solution Development: Identify business problems and opportunities based on data analysis. Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address identified issues. Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business processes and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on analysis and recommendations. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Document requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with other business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals.
