As a Senior Business Analyst with a primary focus on reporting and analysis, you\’ll be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities, ultimately providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources (internal databases, reports, surveys, etc.). Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use analytical tools and techniques to perform in-depth analysis. Reporting and Presentation: Develop clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate data insights. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Problem Identification and Solution Development: Identify business problems and opportunities based on data analysis. Develop and evaluate potential solutions to address identified issues. Assess the impact of proposed solutions on business processes and outcomes. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on analysis and recommendations. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide ongoing analysis. Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Document requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with other business analysts, project managers, and IT professionals. Skills and Qualifications: Business acumen of financial P&L. Strong excel and analytical skills. Quick learner and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
