About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to lead Product at Fractal and join the leadership team.
You will take full ownership of product, working directly with the CEO, CTO, and our users. This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape the evolution of a product that is transforming how human teams work with AI. Your impact will be pivotal to the company’s success.
Our founding team has built, scaled, and exited tech companies, including a $100 million sale in 2021. You will own equity and be valued as an owner from day one.
What You Will Do
As the person leading Product at Fractal, you will drive our product strategy and execution, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision in collaboration with the CEO, ensuring team-wide alignment.
- Product Development: Partner with the CTO and engineering team to shape, refine, and deliver high-impact product features. Prioritize initiatives that create maximum value for customers and advance our technology.
- User Requirements & Iteration: Be deeply user-obsessed. Engage with customers to understand their needs, iterate on product features, and ensure Fractal consistently delivers exceptional user experiences.
- Roadmap Ownership: Develop and own the product roadmap, balancing strategic, long-term goals with short-term deliverables.
- Leadership Across Functions: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure our product is effectively positioned and meets market needs. Be a key voice in defining go-to-market strategies.
- Scalability: As the company scales, grow the product team and develop the systems necessary for consistent product excellence.
Your mission: Build a product that changes the lives of users, enabling teams to scale independent of headcount through delegation of work slices to models and agents. You will continually push Fractal ahead of the curve.
What You Might Bring to the Table
We’re looking for someone with the following:
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in a product leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Technically Proficient: Able to engage deeply with engineering to understand and help solve technical challenges.
- Visionary: Able to see the big picture while also being willing to dive into the details to get things right.
- User-Centric: Obsessed with understanding and delivering value to users, using their insights to drive continuous iteration.
- Collaborative: Enjoys partnering closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Data-Driven: Uses qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making, balancing intuition with analytics.
- Ambitious & Driven: Ready to grow with Fractal and position yourself as a key leader within the company.
- Owner Mentality: Proactive, takes initiative, and follows through to ensure the product and company succeed.
