The Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in banking or financial services to join a high-growth digital platform team. You will own end-to-end product delivery across one or more cross-functional squads, working on customer-facing features and core financial platform capabilities in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. This is a hands-on, accountable role. You bring deep domain knowledge from day one, operate independently without hand-holding, and are equally comfortable in a sprint ceremony as you are presenting to senior stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Own and continuously refine a prioritised, DoR-compliant product backlog aligned to roadmap OKRs.
- Author high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint artefacts that enable engineering teams to deliver without further clarification.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning as the accountable Product Owner.
- Drive sprint velocity and Definition of Done adherence; report delivery metrics to stakeholders.
