The Role : We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in banking or financial services to join a high-growth digital platform team. You will own end-to-end product delivery across one or more cross-functional squads, working on customer-facing features and core financial platform capabilities in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment. This is a hands-on, accountable role. You bring deep domain knowledge from day one, operate independently without hand-holding, and are equally comfortable in a sprint ceremony as you are presenting to senior stakeholders.
What You Will Do Delivery Own and continuously refine a prioritised, DoR-compliant product backlog aligned to roadmap OKRs
Author high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint artefacts that enable engineering teams to deliver without further clarification
Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning as the accountable Product Owner
Drive sprint velocity and Definition of Done adherence; report delivery metrics to stakeholders
