Fracct seeks an Investor Relations Executive to actively raise funds to deploy into our private credit strategy by building relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and HNI clients across Europe and the UK. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at investor engagement and closing funding deals.

  • Actively identify and approach institutional investors, family offices, and alternative asset managers to raise capital
  • Present the Fracct Bond instrument and investment opportunity to prospective investors
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and investment partners
  • Conduct investor meetings, product presentations, and due diligence discussions
  • Negotiate and close investor commitments for capital deployment
  • Represent Fracct at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings
  • Coordinate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to facilitate investor onboarding
  • Provide investor insights and feedback to leadership to inform strategy

Experience in fundraising, capital-raising, or investor development experience:

  • Strong established network within European institutional investor community
  • Experience pitching and closing investment deals with institutional clients
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of real estate finance, bonds, or alternative investments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
  • Experience in alternative investment fundraising
  • Knowledge of European investor regulations and preferences
