The firm represents global businesses and entrepreneurs across media, entertainment, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and financial services in temporary and permanent visa matters.

Job Purpose

Assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to immigration attorneys, a senior paralegal, and the firm’s legal operations director, with a particular focus on investor visa cases.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Draft professional and accurate visa applications for US Embassies and USCIS.
  • Manage a caseload with varying deadlines under partner and senior paralegal guidance.
  • Identify legal and practical issues in each case and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Correspond professionally with clients via phone and email, managing expectations.
  • Assist with full case preparation and ad‑hoc duties.
  • Write legally accurate letters of advice summarising complex principles.
  • Document calls and meetings accurately.
  • Summarise research findings for the team.
  • Create and update legal precedents, questionnaires, and template letters.
  • Field prospective client calls, gathering information for attorney analysis.
  • Schedule consultation meetings and explain the charging structure.
  • Research USCIS, US Embassy London, and overseas procedures using electronic databases and primary sources.
  • Prepare application packages for government submission.
  • Attend weekly internal immigration meetings.
  • Photocopy, scan and organise documents.
  • Amend letters and maintain client files (physical and electronic).
  • Arrange postage and courier services; update contact database.
