We are keen to recruit candidates at both degree (this can be non-legal) or LPC level to work in our team and learn how to become a conveyancer.
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Training will be provided. Training contracts or SQE support are available once LPC or Graduate candidates have been employed in the team for at least 18 months.

- Management of caseload by actioning administrative procedures as directed by your Team Leader
- To comply with all Employer policies and procedures at all times
- Store documents on Proclaim in the preferred way of the Practice
- To deal effectively with clients and introducers both over the telephone and in written correspondence
- To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and introducers at all times
- Consistently produce accurate correspondence and documentation in a time efficient manner
- Maintain a high standard of spelling and grammar on all correspondence
- To provide updates to clients and introducers frequently and wherever appropriate
- Consistently carry out tasks to satisfactory, profitable conclusions
- Contributes to the overall success of the department by offering assistance to colleagues when appropriate
- A keen eye for accuracy and detail
