A long established Southend on Sea law firm is seeking an additional full time Paralegal to join our existing team. This is a full time role providing support to all departments. This role would include providing support to fee earners/solicitors dealing with all areas of law.

Responsibilities

  • The candidate would ideally be an experienced paralegal who has previously worked in a law firm (but not essential as full training will be given).
  • They should have excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks and are used to dealing with clients.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, be able to organise their own workload and be able to work as part of a team with a can do attitude.

Qualifications

  • They will need good IT skills and case management knowledge would be desirable.
  • Be able to work on their own initiative and be able to provide excellent client care.
  • A knowledge of the local area is desirable.
