We are searching for a Senior Wills and Probate Solicitor on behalf of our esteemed client based in Skegness. You will join a thriving private client department, where you will have a varied mix of cases relating to Wills and Probate. You will be responsible for assisting with the allocation of work within your department and for training and supervising junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and manage work within the department
- Train and supervise junior team members
- Provide expert advice and drafting on Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax
- Participate in business development activities
- Deliver excellent client care and interpersonal communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling a range of Wills and Probate cases from start to finish
- IT literate and proficient in using case management systems
- Strong teamwork and independent working skills
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
