At this stage of your career, the firm needs you to be office based so you can learn from senior lawyers; however, once you have settled into the role then hybrid is available. The firm has an already established and thriving Litigation department with 3 fee earners and support staff, for the right Senior Litigation Paralegal there is scope for progression.
What do we need from you? You will need at least 12 months experience within any area of litigation and a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. You must be comfortable working in an office setting and as a team to achieve a common goal.
