As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support our solicitors with residential property transactions. This role is ideal for someone aiming to advance their career in property law. You will support a qualified Lawyer on their caseload and you will get the opportunity to progress towards becoming a qualified Lawyer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors with managing conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
  • Conduct property searches, prepare and review contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
  • Maintain case management systems and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a conveyancing paralegal or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
