We are currently seeking a Case Worker/Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the fee earners in a range of activities related to legal practice. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients. The ability to speak fluent English is a must; the ability to speak Albanian would be an advantage.
Duties:
- You will work under the supervision of the solicitors, undertaking a number of tasks including answering the telephone, greeting clients in the office, updating calendars and diaries, and filing documents at courts and tribunals.
- Writing letters, completing applications, drafting witness statements, filing appeals, and many other tasks depending on your experience and ability, including simple advocacy to those who have or seek advocacy experience.
