Appoint Consulting is proud to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking legal firm to recruit an experienced Probate Solicitor / Paralegal to join their team.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for interest and complex Private Client work
  • Managing Probate applications
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Application applications
  • Managing a standard High Street caseload
  • Partake in Business Development and networking opportunities to help grow an already strong client base
  • Give advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
  • Confidently support other members of the team
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the legal practice as a whole

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulation
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Responsible and Trustworthy
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Committed to provide efficient and accurate work
