Appoint Consulting is proud to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking legal firm to recruit an experienced Probate Solicitor / Paralegal to join their team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for interest and complex Private Client work
- Managing Probate applications
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Court of Application applications
- Managing a standard High Street caseload
- Partake in Business Development and networking opportunities to help grow an already strong client base
- Give advice to clients on all aspects of Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
- Confidently support other members of the team
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the legal practice as a whole
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in private client law
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulation
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of GDPR
- Responsible and Trustworthy
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
- Committed to provide efficient and accurate work
