We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in providing support and assistance in various Crown Court matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in office software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with legal research, document preparation, and case management
  • Manage and organise legal documents and files
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
  • Prepare briefs, affidavits, and other legal documents
  • Conduct administrative tasks to support the legal team
  • Attend court and conferences

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct legal research and draft legal documents
  • IT proficiency to handle electronic filing systems
