Responsibilities:
- LPC qualified paralegal wanted to undertake Defended Debt work.
- Experience will be SQE qualifying.
- Take full responsibility for the range of defended work including:
- Preparing court forms
- Analyzing and advising on the merits of cases
- Liaising with clients on issues arising from their cases
- Drafting correspondence and witness statements
- Preparing for interlocutory applications
- Arranging and instructing advocates to appear at final hearings
- Opportunity to undertake advocacy at remote hearings
- Be part of a small experienced team led by a senior solicitor and assisted by a junior paralegal and a senior paralegal.
