Our client is seeking a Paralegal to join their Real Estate Commercial department at their head office in Spinningfields, Manchester. Responsibilities:- The Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Title and document review exercises and preparation of reports
- Ordering conveyancing searches and reporting on the results
- Post-completion activities
- Basic conveyancing tasks
- Running parts of matters and meeting with clients from day one
- Annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000
- Minimum of 25 days' annual leave, increasing with length of service
- Office closure between Christmas and New Year
