Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Damage Paralegal, you will be tasked with meticulously preparing each case, gathering supporting evidence for financial hardship and liability, and presenting compelling arguments for hire recovery. Your role will involve maximising case revenue by pursuing compensation for hire charges, repairs, and recovery and storage expenses. You will be responsible for ensuring prompt and accurate compliance with Court Directions. Timely reporting of issues, challenges, and any breaches of compliance to the appropriate management level is a crucial aspect of your role. Providing a standard of Client Care in alignment with the regulations set forth by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) will be a key focus. Adhering to Departmental protocols, as well as Company policies, particularly in relation to phase 1 and phase 2 completion, will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
