As a Paralegal within our debt team, you will assist our Lawyers in both pre‑litigated and post‑litigated work in relation to breach of contract debt claims. You will also be working closely with the Head of Consumer Claims on non‑debt related litigation and other company projects.

Candidate Profile:

  • Real desire to do litigated work and to get involved in advocacy.

Benefits & Compensation:

  • Paralegal Salary: £24,750 per annum.
  • Working Hours: 8:30am‑5:30pm Monday‑Thursday and 8:30am‑5pm Friday.
  • Hybrid Working: 3/2 alternative working from home pattern after probation.
  • Holidays: 23 days a year, increasing to 26 days plus a day off for birthday after 2 years’ service.
  • Additional Benefits: holiday buyback, death in service, free fruit, Employee Assistant Programme, paid social events, annual flu jab.
