This role will require relocation to Bermuda. Relocation costs covered. The Platinum Group Ltd. has a rapidly growing Secondee Division seeking talented individuals for Secondee/Temporary positions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research for legal papers, laws and reports
- Draft legal correspondence, filings and reports
- Maintain corporate records, filings, organizing and indexing
- Perform due diligence checks and coordinate compliance investigations
- Undertake preparation and filing of court applications
- Organize meetings, provide administrative support for documents
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience
- Paralegal qualification or Law Degree
- Excellent research capabilities
- Driven and flexible to work in various areas of legal practice, namely litigation or corporate
- Proven ability to manage and communicate with clients and legal associates – verbally and in written form
- Professional attitude and strong organizational skills
- Ability to produce quality work under pressure
- Self-confidence and ability to deal effectively with local and international clients
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Flexible and willing to work outside normal business hours when required
