As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will support our solicitors with residential property transactions. This role is ideal for someone aiming to advance their career in property law. You will support a qualified Lawyer on their caseload and you will get the opportunity to progress towards becoming a qualified Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities- Assist solicitors with managing conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Conduct property searches, prepare and review contracts.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
- Maintain case management systems and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a conveyancing paralegal or in a similar role.
