We are a global software and professional services company for the financial industry, with offices in the UK, USA, Germany, Hong Kong, Brazil and Indonesia. We specialize in working with investment banks to automate the issuance process for structured products. A structured product is a financial investment where the return to the investor depends on the performance of an underlying asset such as a stock or an index. Because structured products typically offer higher returns than savings accounts, they also carry higher risk. Accordingly, the issuance of a structured product is highly regulated.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Help with the organization and maintenance of legal files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address legal queries and issues.
  • Work 2‑3 days per week.

Benefits

You will learn more about the regulatory and compliance checks surrounding structured products and work within a young, international team of approximately 300 people worldwide.
