We are looking to recruit a paralegal to work with our residential property team based in our city centre office in Inverness. As an award‑winning legal firm employing nearly 50 people, we are seeking applicants with excellent organisational and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workloads accordingly.

Our residential conveyancing team is one of the largest in the Highlands and the successful candidate will be dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters and a good level of client contact. Where appropriate, the work will involve conducting transactions from point of offer to settlement.
A knowledge of residential conveyancing would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training and support will be given and the position may suit an experienced legal secretary looking to develop a career as a paralegal. The successful applicant will have good keyboard skills and be self‑motivated to progress transactions within their expertise.
