What will you be doing?
- You will be working within the in‑house legal team
- Assisting with legal workloads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non‑disclosure consultancy agreements
- Carrying out legal research
- Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed
- Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution

What you’ll need:
- A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above
- An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate: Ellesmere Port, CH65 4HB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s (preferred)
