We specialize in working with investment banks to automate the issuance process for structured products. A structured product is a financial investment where the return to the investor depends on the performance of an underlying asset such as a stock or an index. Because structured products typically offer higher returns than savings accounts, they also carry higher risk. Accordingly, the issuance of a structured product is highly regulated.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Help with the organization and maintenance of legal files and documentation.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address legal queries and issues.
- Work 2‑3 days per week.
