Kaur Sutherland is looking to appoint a Paralegal with experience in Estates to work in the Dumbarton office. The Firm is undergoing an exciting period of growth and has built an excellent reputation as a specialist conveyancing firm. They operate from three locations - Glasgow city centre, Lenzie and Dumbarton.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for your own caseload in conjunction with the Partners and Solicitors in the team
- Based exclusively in the Dumbarton office; able to travel to Dumbarton as required
- Deal with Wills, Executry accounts and general financial administration, Power of Attorney and guardianship administration
- Follow clear processes and procedures
- Provide high-quality telephone and video communication with clients; maintain an exceptional telephone manner and level of service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Law Firm
- Experience in Wills & Executry and residential conveyancing
- Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
- Confident in speaking with clients over the telephone and video
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to show initiative

- Full training of our operating system will be given.
- Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
