On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join them on a full-time, permanent basis to be based in their Exeter office 5 days a week.

The Role:

You will be opening client files, preparing standard form contract documentation, checking client ID, dealing with client enquires and providing progress reports to developers, assisting lawyers with exchange of contracts and completion, preparing and filing Stamp Duty returns, attending to registration of title and closing and archiving files on completion of matters.

Skills and Experience required:

You will be very well organised and will enjoy working as part of a busy team. You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be happy to adapt to the requirements of the tasks facing you. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and how you have used these in your previous positions. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with an interest in property and development work.

Previous experience in a property role would be desirable but is not essential as training will be provided to the successful candidate. You will have good IT and organisation skills and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. You will need to be a confident communicator.
