Role Overview
As a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors, providing vital support across a diverse caseload of matters. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Research.
- Drafting legal documents such as contracts, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Case Management: Help manage cases by organising files, maintaining documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients and other parties to gather information, provide updates on case progress and assist in coordinating meetings.
- Document Review: Review and analyse documents and contracts.
- Legal Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, maintaining databases, and managing office operations related to legal matters.
