A vacancy has arisen for a Paralegal to work between our Chipping Norton and Witney offices in our Family Law department and Private Client department. You will be assisting senior solicitors in both sectors, assisting with all secretarial tasks and help where required with all administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior solicitors in Family Law and Private Client matters
  • Manage secretarial tasks
  • Handle administrative requirements
  • Create accurate legal documents
  • Manage diaries
  • Invoice monthly
  • Perform reception duties
  • Perform general support as needed

Qualifications

  • Family Law and Private Client experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Experience in dealing with Court bundles using Adobe Pro
  • Completing high level administrative tasks to create accurate legal documents
  • Diary Management
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Ability to use a high degree of self-management, initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written, verbally as well as face to face
  • Reception duties also required
