The role of Paralegal will entail playing a critical role in supporting the legal team by performing tasks that require a deeper understanding of legal procedures, research, and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Legal document preparation and management.
  • Conducting legal research on case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles.
  • Gathering information from legal databases and other sources to support the legal team in case preparation.
  • Assisting in communication with clients, including scheduling meetings or interviews.
  • Gathering information from clients or witnesses through interviews or questionnaires.
  • Case management.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal office, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
  • Ensuring that all legal practices and documentation adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all tasks.
  • Helping with the discovery process by organising and reviewing documents and preparing them for review.
