We are currently seeking a Case Worker/Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the fee earners in a range of activities related to legal practice. This role requires strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients. The ability to speak fluent English is a must; the ability to speak Albanian would be an advantage.

Duties: You will work under the supervision of the solicitors, undertaking a number of tasks including:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Greeting clients in the office
  • Updating calendars and diaries
  • Filing documents at courts and tribunals
  • Writing letters
  • Completing applications
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Filing appeals
  • Simple advocacy to those who have or seek advocacy experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
