A Paralegal role has arisen in our Belfast Real Estate team, working on a wide variety of matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle SDLT and NI registrations at the Land Registry
  • Registry of Deeds
  • Update Lender Exchange, LMS and Help to Buy Portals
  • Prepare Contracts and draft Deeds
  • Companies House registration and searches
  • Assisting on English landlord and tenant matters.

You’ll be supporting a Partner, Legal Director and the wider Belfast team and so this is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn and network with very experienced professionals.

The Person

We are interested in speaking with candidates who are enthusiastic, have a keen interest in law, a thirst for learning; enjoy working in a team, able to manage their own workload, and who have an eye for detail.
