Hayward Hawk is working in partnership with a commercial law firm in Belfast who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to join their Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to a dynamic legal team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Draft and review a variety of real estate documents, including contracts, agreements, deeds, and leases
  • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to facilitate smooth closings
  • Providing efficient administrative support service to fee earners
  • Extensive diary management, using Microsoft Outlook
  • Assisting with printing, scheduling title deeds, correspondence, billing and administration tasks
  • Proactive support across all other departments on a needs basis

The Candidate:

  • Strong academic background in Law or relevant field
  • Great people skills and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, professional can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail and pride in work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday
