We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and ensuring legal compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage conveyancing transactions
  • Conduct property searches and investigate titles
  • Prepare and review offers, missives, and other legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to coordinate transactions
