They are members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, Law Society Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Resolution.

An opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team as a full-time Private Client Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE, the role is located in Aylesbury. We will also consider a Paralegal or Legal Executive who has experience working in a Private Client department.

As a Private Client fee earner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law, including estate planning, wills and trusts, and probate matters
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in other areas of law, such as conveyancing, is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Additional pay: Company pension

Schedule: Flexitime
