Our products are competitively priced to ensure excellent value for money. We are expanding our legal services department and are seeking a dynamic Will Writer to join our successful team.

Job Role

The successful candidate will draft and take instructions for wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting bespoke wills
  • Producing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust documents
  • Submitting LPA applications to the OPG
  • Making submissions and inquiries with HMLR
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Amending client documents as per instructions
  • Answering legal and non-legal queries from clients or consultants via telephone and email

Essential/Desired Skills

  • A Law Degree/CILEx/LPC or equivalent qualification [desirable]
  • A demonstrable working background in the legal sector
  • Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Land Law
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A working knowledge of probate [desirable]
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships and stay updated with market changes
