Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Conveyancing Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her knowledge of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be responsible for assisting members of the Conveyancing departments in furthering cases.
- Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
- Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
- Experience in working under pressure and on a high volume of cases
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals
- Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/contracts
- Experience in post-completion
- Have knowledge and experience in carrying out searches in residential conveyancing
- Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
