We have an opportunity for an HR Intern for a 6-8 week period over the summer. Starting late in July 2019, you will support the HR team in the UK in undertaking HR administration and payroll. We support other countries as well as the UK from our central Oxford office and although mainly your work will be concerned with the UK, you will gain some insight into HR in other global locations.
Your day-to-day work will be varied and reactive but in relation to projects: in particular, you will help us complete our new transactional HR system (Peopledoc) implementation, as well as auditing and following up on some GDPR activity and helping us with administration around some changes to one of our pension schemes.
We are looking for a student who is looking for a career in HR and maybe studying currently towards CIPD and is available for the whole period between late July and September. You will have some knowledge of the context of HR and you will be great at detail. You will be well presented, with good communication skills. You will also be a completer/finisher.
