Through our expertise and knowledge in these core markets we connect talent with premier employers. In the backdrop of sustained long term success, we are looking to expand our Professional Services division and are on the lookout for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Glasgow City Centre office.
OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Our Professional Services division recruits across a range of sectors including HR, Accountancy, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Procurement. Joining a highly experienced and established team, from day 1 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be working with industry leading clients to assist with a varied range of permanent and temporary vacancies across these sectors. From the outset, you will be sourcing candidates via a range of avenues, being supported to develop and refine your sourcing techniques progressing towards becoming a sector specialist. As your candidate engagement experience progresses, you will be supported to develop your client management and business development expertise with the view of taking on responsibility directly for your own client relationships in the longer term. Professional Services is a demanding, fast paced and rewarding sector to recruit within, this desk has a great degree of variety and autonomy for your career to progress to a more senior level in recruitment!

REQUIRED BACKGROUND
Previous recruitment experience isn't required, ideally you will have experience in delivering excellent customer service and or have worked within a sales environment. A genuine desire and interest to develop a career in recruitment is key, additionally if you had experience or an interest in professional services that would be beneficial, our Consultants all demonstrate a strong interest in their specialist sectors. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people and can work towards targets. As well as this you will be organised, committed, team focused, be open and honest, and have the desire to build a successful career in recruitment.
REWARD
We offer a competitive salary in addition to an excellent commission structure. Salary and package is dependent on experience, however all FPSG staff are offered an environment to build and develop their careers.
