FPSG are delighted to be retained by a leading Parts and servicing provider within the wind energy industry. As a fast growth business, focused on delivering high quality service solutions, they are recruiting for a permanent Head of Sales.
The Head of Sales (HOS) is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Business Development service delivery, relationship and business development with designated customer accounts. The primary responsibility will be the development of sales in-line with budgetary demands. Broadening and strengthening the customer base through enhanced customer relationships that ensure continuity and reduce risk is of highest importance.
The HOS will seek to identify new opportunities with existing and new customers through the sale of parts ranging from small minor corrective to major component. The HOS will also be responsible for developing best practice within Sales, introducing new capability e.g., CRM and other IT tools that assist the growth of the business.
