The Role
FPSG is seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support key client accounts across the UK and international markets. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment coordination, resourcing, or talent acquisition administration who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment activity for complex IT and technology projects, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process across multiple regions. Working closely with account managers, recruiters, clients, and candidates, you will help coordinate recruitment activity, manage interview processes, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activity across key UK and international client accounts
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding activities
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to support hiring delivery
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for IT contract and permanent opportunities
- Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, resourcing, or talent acquisition support
