The Role

FPSG is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in IT contract recruitment and resourcing to support and grow key client accounts across the UK and international markets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a delivery-focused, client-facing environment and has experience sourcing IT contractors for complex, multi-region projects. You will take ownership of a globally recognised brand, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple geographies. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and partner with delivery teams to ensure top-tier talent is identified and placed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a globally recognised client account across the UK and international regions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships
  • Take ownership of role briefings and translate client needs into effective resourcing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to source and place IT contractors
  • Deliver against SLAs and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Stay informed on global IT contractor markets, trends, and compliance considerations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

About You

  • Proven experience in IT contract recruitment, resourcing, or account management
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing for UK and/or international projects
  • Experience managing or supporting large, high-profile client accounts is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the IT contractor landscape, including remote and global hiring
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and projects across different geographies
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions-driven approach
  • Familiarity with compliance considerations for international contracting is advantageous
