Responsibilities
- Ensure customer deliveries are picked and dispatched to required timelines to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure all drivers are running efficiently and departing with the correct goods within the required timeframe.
- Ensure customer orders are picked and deadlines met by preparing products for dispatch.
- Assign and plan routes for drivers to efficiently utilise resources.
- Oversee the running of the warehouse and ensure that all processes and procedures are carried out correctly.
- Check and put away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock.
- Assist with a rolling stock taking programme, ensuring all stock is always located correctly.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
