Our client is a progressive, family-run farming business in West Sussex, specialising in fresh herbs and crops. They are looking for a Tractor Driver to join their team, with excellent opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities of a Tractor Driver:
- Cultivation, drilling, and calibration work.
- Spraying (PA1 & PA2 required) and fertiliser spreading.
- Machinery servicing, maintenance, and telehandler operation.
- Record-keeping and compliance.
- Manual and machinery-based farm work.
Role Involvement:
- All elements of cultivation work.
