Our client is a progressive, family-run farming business in West Sussex, specialising in fresh herbs and crops. They are looking for a Tractor Driver to join their team, with excellent opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities of a Tractor Driver:

  • Cultivation, drilling, and calibration work.
  • Spraying (PA1 & PA2 required) and fertiliser spreading.
  • Machinery servicing, maintenance, and telehandler operation.
  • Record-keeping and compliance.
  • Manual and machinery-based farm work.

Role Involvement:

  • All elements of cultivation work.
  • Calibration and drilling.
  • Spraying (PA1 and PA2 required).
